PROGRAM RULES
Program Dates: February 1, 2025 through March 31, 2025.
Showroom consultants must attend and pass the Claybrook Sales Training in 2025 to qualify for cash rewards.
Products rewarded must be purchased from Claybrook.
Rewards are given as the results of direct in-showroom activity between the showroom consultant with any of the following: consumer, builder, developer, plumber, designer and remodelers.
Any fraudulent or inaccurate claims will result in the cancellation of the program for the showroom consultant involved.
Showroom consultants have 3 months past the paid in full date to submit their spiffs amount (the paid date must reflect program dates in order to receive full credit). Claims can be submitted at any time but must be within the 3 months of the paid in full date to qualify for spiff reward.
CLAIM PROCEDURES
Complete the Claim Form and attach copies of Paid in Full Invoices. Each sales invoice must include the following information:
- Paid in full invoice with date
- Customer ship date and end user location
- Customer name, address and phone number
- Product sold by model and price
- Quantity
Claybrook reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time without notice.
