Program Dates: February 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025.
Showroom consultants must pass the Claybrook Training program to receive full cash rewards.
Products rewarded must be purchased from Claybrook.
Rewards are given as the results of direct in-showroom activity between the showroom consultant with any of the following: consumer, builder, developer, plumber, designer and remodelers.
Orders for Hospitality or Multi Family Commercial properties do not qualify for the SPIFF Rewards program
Any fraudulent or inaccurate claims will result in the cancellation of the program for the showroom consultant involved.
Showroom consultants have 3 months past the invoice date to submit their spiffs claim (the invoice date must reflect program dates in order to receive full credit). Claims can be submitted at any time but must be within 3 months of the invoice date to qualify for spiff rewards.
Attach copies of Sales Invoices. Each sales invoice order must include the following information:
Checks will be issued by MarketNet Associates, the program administrator for the Claybrook Rewards Program. Checks will be mailed/ACH monthly. You will be able to see your accumulated rewards summary on the website when you log in.
W-9 form must be on file prior to checks/ACH being issued to you. The forms are available at the forms page or call 866-553-3684 to request one. 1099s are issued only if your rewards exceed $600.
Claybrook reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time without notice.
